The annexation of twelve districts and thousands of people could bump Omaha into the list of America’s largest cities. As these things usually go, some property owners are all for joining the city of Omaha, but some aren’t so keen on the idea. For instance, the use of financing through a sanitary improvement district is a major part of the development plan for Miracle Hills Golf Course, which is slated to be part of the proposed annexation.
