After just two and a half years, Judith Carlin has resigned as the Omaha Housing Authority CEO. Since Carlin’s departure, board members have praised her efforts in leading the department thus far. Sounds like these are some big shoes to fill. In the meanwhile, the city will utilize a consulting firm to provide transitional leadership and facilitate the search process. The contract will cost $20,000 a month for the first three months, then $18,000 a month after that.
