Here’s our two cents — When sellers review your offer, the lender you choose will make a huge difference. Major factors play into whether or not your offer will be successful. Transparently, most experienced realtors don’t like to use online or out-of-town lenders. Local lenders know how the local laws, time frames, and processes work in their area. Expanding outside of local means could result in a few hiccups along the way.
In short, local, respected lenders will ease the stress.
